  • Yes, our team is trained to dismantle and reassemble furniture, including beds, wardrobes, desks, and other large items that require it.

  • We evaluate each move individually. Generally, there is no extra charge for standard access, but for very challenging access (e.g., many flights of stairs without elevator), we’ll discuss it upfront — no surprise fees.

  • For safety reasons, we cannot transport items such as:

    • Flammable materials (gasoline, propane, paint)

    • Hazardous chemicals

    • Perishable food

    • Illegal items

  • We work in most weather conditions, including rain. Our team uses protective materials to keep your belongings safe. In extreme weather conditions, we’ll communicate with you to adjust the timing if necessary.
